EX-NAVAL ARTILLERYMEN
v " The annual meeting of the cx-Dunedin Naval Artillery Association was held on Tuesday last, the president (Mr W. B. Fowler) being in the chair. The balance sheet and report showed the affairs of the association to be in a satisfactory condition.
The election of officers resulted as follows:—Patron, Sir James Allen; honorary vice-presidents, Dr W. Newlands, Mr G. Nauman; president, Mr L. Walmsiey; vicepresidents, Messrs E. Turner sen., J. Barnes, jun.; auditor, Mr P. Beaumont; secretary and treasurer, Mr J. Baird; pianist, Mr P. Beaumont; trustees, Messrs J. Turner and A. W. Palmer; committeeMessrs W. Milward, H. Docherty, G. Garbutt, J Calverley, G. Mitchell. C. W. Adkins, C. Riddell, M. Caddie, H. Porter It was decided to hold the annual reunion early in September. Other functions were left to the new committee to arrange.
