BOUND FOR ITALY
FRANCO TO MEET AXIS DICTATORS LONDON, Feb. 11. (Received Feb. 12, at 1.15 a.m.) A message just received from a news agency states that it was announced in Vichy that General Franco, accompanied by another Spanish Minister, will pass through France on his way to Italy. It is believed that he will confer there with Signor Mussolini and Herr Hitler, and on his way back will meet Marshal Petain.
