TROOPS ON THE COAST DRAFTS FROM SINQAPORE TOKIO. Feb. 10. The Nichi Nichi Shimbun publishes reports from Bangkok that British troops from Singapore are massing along the west coast of the Malay Peninsula on the Singapore-Thailand border, evidently “ preparing to march to the border. 1 ' The newspaper adds that British troops from Burma have been concentrated in the Margui Islands since November
