SAILINGS APPROVED
FRENCH SHIPS IN AMERICA BRITISH RESTRICTIONS NEW YORK, Feb. 5. The Washington correspondent of the Journal of Commerce says the British have approved the utilisation of .13 French ships, totalling 39,000 tons, tied up in American ports, on normal trade routes under restrictions designed to prevent them from aiding the Axis.
