OTAGO v. CANTERBURY The return match between Otago and Canterbury will be commenced at Carisbrook at 11 a.m. to-day;'--The Can : terbury team arrived yesterday afternoon and was met by officials -of the Otago Cricket Association. At Christchurch. during the Christmas holidays, the match between these teams Drovided some of the brightest cricket witnessed in a representative fixture for some years. Some of the players originally selected for the Otago team have notified that they will not be available, and the substitutes, the Blakeley brothers from Maniototo. and C. Geary, will be watched with interest. Messrs Diebl and McQueen have been appointed umDires. The teams are as follows: Canterbury A. Hadlee (captain). W Anderson A. Burgess, S. Cameron. I B. Cromb. R.
