A DENIAL FROM MOSCOW NO AGREEMENT WITH TURKEY MOSCOW, Feb. 4, The Tass Agency denies that Turkey and Russia have secretly signed an agreement for a supply of Russian armaments to Turkey to counteract German activity in the Balkans.
