SUPPLEMENTARY ESTIMATES (British Official Wireless) (United Press. Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) RUGBY, Feb. 4. Supplementary estimates totalling £600,000,000 for expenditure arising out of the war were issued this afternoon in the form of a White Paper, Notice of a further vote of a credit for £1,000,000,000 towards defraying expenses which may be incurred, in connection with the war for the year ending March 31, 1942, was also issued, and will be discussed at an early sitting of the House of Commons. - AUSTRALIA’S EXPENDITURE SYDNEY, Feb.'4. The Commonwealth Government spent £64,750,000 on the war during the six iponths ended December 31. Approximately £55,000.000 came from loans and the remainder from revenue.
