MINE OFF VICTORIAN COAST NO CAUSE FOR ALARM MELBOURNE, Feb. 5. Navy Office officials were informed to-day that a Victorian coast fisherman, feeling a tug on his line, jerked vigorously and brought a mine to the surface a few feet from his boat. The man notified other fishermen nearby, and all sailed their boats towards the shore. The mine also floated inshore.
