DAILY INTERCESSION

I would seek unto God, and unto God would I commit my cause which doeth great things and unsearchable; marvellous things without number. — Job v, 8-9.

O God, in Whom our fathers trusted and Thou didst deliver them; hear us, we beseech Thee, as we pray th&H we their children may find in Thee our refuge and our strength; maintain the unity of our Empire arid defend us from all our enemies; deliver us from spiritual decline and moral defeat; from being unable to hear Thy voice, and from ignorance of the things that belong unto our peace. Help us to do our duty without bitterness and selfseeking, not shrinking from what sacrifices may be requited'of us, desiring only that Thy ways may be established among men. Make us strong in the faith that Thou wilt defend the right, and grant us quickly an abiding peace. mmntmimtmnttitttimtiuimiiitmiix
