TO THE EDITOR Sir—l would like to join "First Things First" in his protest against the ill-timed criticism of our country while we are.engaged in the; present desperate struggle to maintain our fundamental liberties. The disparity in the.present distribution of wealth is generally admitted, and as generally regretted, and what is wanted, is not constant repetition of the admitted fact but intelligent thought that would be helpful towards working out a remedv that would stand the.;lest of actual, operation.—l am. etc.. •Dunedin, Nov. 7.
