Thursday, November 7 (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) Judgment by Default Judgment by default was entered as follows:—S. I. Lloyd v. Frederick Griffin, £4 8s 7d, with costs (£1 5s 6d). for goods supplied. Judgment Summons Proceeded against by the Silver Band Taxi Company on a judgment summons. J. Denton was ordered to pay £1 7s and costs (7s), for taxi hire, forthwith, in default two days imprisonment.
