MR GANDHI'S VIEWS « BRITAIN'S LACK OF COURAGE " WARDHA, Oct. 4. •(Received Oct." 4. at 11 p.m.) Mr Gandhi, in a statement, said the Viceroy at an interview was all courtesy, but unbending. He believed in the correctness of his judgment, and RSain showed no faith in Nationalist" India. The British were showing extraordinary bravery on the battlefield, but lacked the courage to take risks in the moral sphere. " I often wonder," he said, "whether the latter has any place in India." -
