PENALTIES FOR SABOTAGE AMERICAN BILL PASSED WASHINGTON, Sept. 24. (Received Sept. 25, at 10 p.m.) The House of Representatives passed the Bill providing for a 10.000-dollar fine and 10 years’ imprisonment for peacetime sabotage of the defence industries.
