A CULTURAL TREATY
JAPAN AND BRAZIL TOKIO, Sept. 24. The Foreign Office has issued a statement that a Japanese-Brazilian cultural treaty was concluded on September 23 at Rio de Janiero for the purpose of “ accelerating interest in each other’s culture.” It is similar lo last year’s Italian-Japanese agreement.
