OIL IN RUMANIA
BRITISH INTERESTS TRANSFER POSSIBLE RUSSIAN CONTROL LONDON, July 10. (Received July 10, at 11 p.m.) The Bucharest correspondent of the Associated Press o~f Britain says diplomatic circles are discussing the possibility of British oil interests in Rumania being transferred to Russian control. Soldiers are guarding the offices of all foreign oil companies and preventing the removal of documents. A decree prohibits the sale of Rumanian oil company shares except to Rumanians.
