CLEARING AWAY THE DEBRIS IN THE FIRE-GUTTED MALTHOUSE.—The task of clearing away the smouldering grain and other debris from the ruins of the malthouse at Speight’s brewery, which was destroyed by fire, is one of considerable magnitude. Chutes have been erected from some of the upper windows,. and by this means a steady relay of trucks has been loaded.
