“ When are they going to charge car converters with straight-out theft?' asked Mr W. R. Moir last week, drawing the attention of the Automobile Association (Taranaki) to a recent broadcast for four missing cars. The subject had been well threshed out by the motor union, said Mr W. T. Guild, “When someone takes your bicycle it is theft.” said Mr Vai Duff, “but when he takes your motor car he does not steal it.”
