Unconditionally Released A London message states that Major Davidson-Houston has been released unconditionally. Major James Hamilton Davidson-Houston was detained on June 11 under the Defence Regulations following a visit by the police to his home at Pembury Hall (Kent)T Appeal to Jews ■ The Jewish agency at Jerusalem has issued a statement fully supporting the Allies in regard to man-power and material. It specially appeals to the Jews in America, stating: “Palestine Jewry expects you to render all possible help in the struggle in which the Jewish future is at stake.”
