AIR CASUALTY

NEW ZEALAND PILOT (Per United Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, June 15. , Pilot-officer Edgar Albert Ernest Sedgley, formerly of Christchurch and an Old Boy of Christ’s College, has lost his life as the result of an aircraft accident. His father, Mr W. J. H. Sedgley,»has received a cablegram from the Air Ministry, informing him of his son’s death in an accident. The Air Council has expressed the profound sympathy of the Under-secretary of Air. Pilot-officer Sedgley was_ 22 years of age. He was born in Christchurch and educated at Christ’s College from 1931 to 1936, being swimming champion, of the school in 1935,
