POSITION IN RUMANIA
CABINET RECONSTRUCTED NO CHANGE OF POLICY BUCHAREST, May 11. (Received May 12. at 11 p.m.) The Government has resigned and King Carol has asked M. Tatarescu to form a new Government of National Union. M. Tatarescu reconstructed the Cabinet with minor changes. M. Gafencu remains Foreign Minister. In a statement M. Tatarescu said: “ There is no change of policy. We will continue to combine military preparations with a strict watch on the frontiers'.” '■
