MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Thursday, March 21 (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) Undefended Cases Judgment was given for the plaintiffs in the following undefended cases:— Otago Hospital Board v. P. Mcllroy, claim £2 12s, balance due for maintenance, with costs, (£1 -lis 6d); Brown Ewing and Co., Ltd. v. W. Stevenson (Oamaru) claim £1 17s sd, balance due for goods supplied, with costs (13s); Irvine and Stevenson's St. George Company, Ltd v. Hopkinson and Co. (Greymouth). claim £7 Os lid, for goods supplied, with costs (£1 10s 6d): Mackintosh Caley Phoenix, Ltd., v. L. M. Holden (Waipukerau). claim £7l 9s 5d for goods supplied, with costs (£4 15s 6d); William Nees and Sons, Ltd. v. Frank N. Taylor, claim £9 3s, for goods supplied, with costs (£1 12s 6d). Order for Possession Martin Maxwell Fleming Luckie and Charles William Sandford Cox as executors under the will of Mary MacGregor. claimed from F. Lloyd possession of a dwellinghouse and iand. comprising over five acres, in Marne street, Anderson's Bav.—After hearing evidence the magistrate made an order for possession on or before March 28. Judgment was also given for the plaintiffs for £ls 8s 7d rent due. with costs (£2 19s).
