The Directors who are due to retire in terms of the By-laws are Sir SAMUEL HORDERN and JOHN HUBERT FRASER FAIRFAX, Esq., both of whom are eligible for re-elec-tion and have given the requisite notice that they are candidates .for the vacant seats on the Board. JOHN EDWARD GARVAN, Esq., has also given notice that he is a Candidate for one of the two vacant seats.
