RATEPAYERS are Hereby Notified that the Additional Charge of 10 per centum, as provided by Section 76 of " The Rating Act, 1925," will be Added to all Rates Payable to the Taieri County Council for the year ending March 31, 1940. and remaining unpaid after 31st MARCH. 1940. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the DOG REGISTRATION FEE for the year ending DECEMBER 31. 1940, within the County of Peninsula, has been fixed at TWO SHILLINGS AND SIX PENCE (2s 6d) for each dog. not exceeding three in number, used solely for the purpose of herding and driving SheeD or Cattle, and at TEN SHILLINGS (10s) for any other dog. In addition to the above fees, there shall be payable the sum of ONE SHILLING (Is) for each dog registered to cover the cost of the supply of Arecoline Hydrobromide for the prevention or cure of Hydatid Disease.
