TURKISH MERCHANTMEN THE REPORT CONFIRMED LONDON, Feb. 28. The Istanbul correspondent of the Havas Agency confirms Turkey’s recall of merchantmen from abroad. The Turkish naval mission which went to Hamburg to take delivery of the merchantmen which Germany has been building has gone to Paris.
