NIEPER. —On February 26. 1940, at the Auckland Hospital, James, beloved husband of the late Charlotte Elizabeth and loved father of Hazel (Mrs A. PARKER.—On February 29, 1940, at Dunedin, Ernest Edward, beloved husband of Florentia Shadwell Parker, of 432 Main North road, North-East Valley: aged 57 years.
