DUTCH MOBILISATION
MEETING THE COST TAXATION THE HAGUE, Feb. 11. To meet the cost of mobilisation the Government has introduced a Bill raising death duties 15 per cent., petrol duty 2id a gallon, sugar excise 10 per cent., and the import duty on coffee 3d a lb.
