Though he had travelled the whole of New Zealand many times, he had been particularly impressed on his present trip by the standard of the Dominion’s roads, said Mr Frank Goldberg, governing director of Goldberg Advertising (Australia) Pty., Ltd,, in an interview. “ For the size of the country I don’t think any place in the world has such magnificent roads,” he said. It was a pity the war had come about to prevent motorists getting the full benefits.
