EMPIRE CO-OPERATION CANADIAN DELEGATION STATEMENT BY LEADER (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON. Oct. 30. (Received Oct. 31, at 9 p.m.) The head of the Canadian delegation, Mr T. A. Crerar. in a statement in London, said that Canadians realised the issues involved in the present struggle, as they cherished freedom and revolted against the conception of a world dominated by brute force. The delegation came to London to ensure full Canadian co-operation in bringing the war to a successful conclusion in the shortest time. Although it was impossible to anticipate either the form or the result of the discussions, Mr Crerar said, “they will in the main be a continuation of the fruitful collaboration of the past few months.” INDIAN DELEGATE LONDON. Oct. 30. (Received Oct. 31. at 9 p.m.) Sir Muhammad Khan, the representative of India, has arrived in London for the Empire discussions. NEW ZEALAND DELEGATE DOMINIONS OFFICE VISITED LONDON. Oct. 30. Mr Peter Fraser had a long conference with Mr Eden at the Dominions Office.
