BROWN. —On October 30, 1939, at her residence, 64 Pine Hill terrace, Jane, dearly beloved wife of Alfred Edgar Brown; in her sixty-ninth year.—The Funeral will leave the residence on Wednesday, November 1, at 2 p.m.—Hope and Kinaston, funeral directors. DALGLEISH. —On October 28, at Wellington, Adam, dearly beloved husband of Elizabeth Dalgleish, and only brother of Mrs Perrin, Macandrew road; Mrs Burns, Auckland: and Mrs Procter, Green Island (late of Mosgiel).
LECKIE. —On October 30. 1939, at the residence of his son, 60 Victoria street, Timaru, James, widower of the late Ellen Leckie; aged 90 years. Arrived at Dunedin In the Sir Edward Padget, 1856. OTTREY.—On Monday, October 30, 1939, at her residence. Herlot, Marion. Peebles, beloved wife of Edward' Ottrey; aged 75 years. Deeply mourned. —The Funeral will leave her late residence for the Crookston Cemetery on Wednesday, November 1, at 2 p.m.—J. L. Wylie, funeral director.
SMITH.—At Lake County Hospital, Queenstown, on Monday, October 30, 1939, William Henry, beloved husband of Ellen Smith; In his sixty-third year.—The Funeral will leave his late residence, Stanley street, Queenstown, on Wednesday, November 1, at 2 p.m., for the Queenstown Cemetery. Service at 1.45 p.m.—J. L. Lindsay, funeral director, Queenstown.
