CUSTODY OF GIRL
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION ALLEGED (Per United Press Association) AUCKLAND. Oct. 27. The your&g married woman from Melbourne who was arrested on the Montery on October 16 on arrival from Australia, again appeared on remand in the Police Court to-day. _ She was charged with unlawfully taking an unmarried girl under the age of 16 out of the possession and against the will of her parent, her guardian and person having lawful care and charge of her. Acting Detective Cromwell stated that he arrested the woman on a provisional warrant. The accused admitted she was the person named in the warrant. She was remanded until Tuesday, on bail of £2OO,
