IMPORTANT ITALIAN PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT OF LAND ROME, Oct. 21. (Received Oct. 22, at 9 p.m.) The Fascist National Council met at Palermo and heard Signor Starace outline a far-reaching campaign “worthy of ancient Rome” for the development of great Silician estates now derelict, transforming them into fertile fields and giving bread and work to thousands of people.
