FORECAST FOR OTAGO TEMPERATURES MODERATE The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 2$ hours, was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Winds varying between north-west and south-west, mainly moderate, but fresh at times. Seas.—New Zealand waters: Rather rough north of Westport and rising somewhat south of Castlepoint, otherwise slight to moderate. Eastern Tasman Sea: Westerly winds, moderate in the north with moderate seas; strong at times in the south, with rather rough seas. Weather.—For the most part fair; rather changeable, however, with some scattered showers. Temperatures cool, but rising slowly to-day.
