ITALY AND EGYPT
WITHDRAWING TROOPS \ LONDON, Oct. 14. (Received Oct. 15, at 11.p.m.) The British United Press Cairo correspondent reports that, following negotiations, Italy and Egypt are withdrawing portion of their forces from the Egyptian-Libyan frontier.
