SCHOOLBOY RUNNER SYDNEY, Oct. 14. (Received Oct. 15, at 8 p.m.) Competing in the Great Public Schools’ athletic meeting, Bruce Ryan, of St. Joseph’s Cpllege, equalled Jimmy Carlton’s 12-year-old record of lOsec in the open 100 Yards Championship, while earlier Ryan won the 220 Yards in 22sec» which is one-fifth of a second outaide Carlton’s record.
