THE FUND RE-STARTED (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Oct. 3. (Received Oct. 4. at 6.30 p.m.) With the approval .of the War Office, the Overseas League Tobacco Fund, which collected £368,203 in the last war, has been re-started.
