Sir Stafford Cripps refused an invitation to rejoin the Labour Party conditionally on signing a document expressing regret at his united fronl activities, and promising to take no part in any campaign against the declared policy Of the party In an outspoken letter he declares that the document might belong to some totalitarian party in a dictator State.
