PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the provisions of Section 199 and the Seventh Schedule of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” of the intention of. the Dunedin City Council to fix levels for portions of Glenelg street and Greenock street, in the Kaikorai district, and of Falkland street, in the Maori Hill district, in accordance with the plans prepared by the City Engineer and numbered 4089 and 4089/1, 3993 and 3996/1 and 3996/2 respectively, which plans may be inspected at the Office of the undersigned, Town Hall, Octagon, Dunedin, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on all week-days except Saturdays. The proposed levels will be considered by the Council at a meeting to be held on the 6th day of November. 1939, and all objections to such levels by persons affected thereby must be In writing, addressed to and sent to the Dunedin City Council not less than ten (10) days before the day of the meeting above referred to, at which meeting all such objections will be considered.
