FORECAST FOR OTAGO FOG, WITH RAIN DEVELOPING The following weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued by the Government Meteorological Office, Wellington, at 4 p.m. yesterday:— Light to moderate bat freshenin; winds between east and north In the morning, low cloud or possibly fog probable on the east coast Weather otherwise fair at first but becoming unsettled with scattered ram or drizzle developing.
