FINAL TESTS OF. FLAGSHIP SEVENTY-TWO ON BOARD •'.'■ MOSCOW, Aug. 13. A six-engined 8000 horse-power monoplane, the future flagship of the Soviet civil air fleet, completed its final test. This monoplane; which was constructed secretly, carries 64 passengers and a crew of eight, with a flying range of 1180 miles. The loaded weight is 45 tons, the wing span 206 feet, and the height 23 feet.
