SAFEBREAKERS AT WORK
STRONGROOM ROBBED SUM OF MONEY STOLEN (Per United Press Association) AUCKLAND, Aug. 12. Blowing a hole in the strong room large enough for a man to walk through, burglars last night stole £lB in cash from the office of K. D. V. Boxes. Ltd., at Morningside. They successfully attacked the front door of the strong room, which is eight feet high, and then drilled a hole in the back of the strong room and inserted gelignite.
