SILESIAN FRONTIER

GERMAN KILLED IN SKIRMISH POLISH GUARD ATTACKED WARSAW, Aug. 11. (Received Aug. 12, at 0.15 a.m.) An official communication states that a German was killed in a skirmish on the Polish side of the Silesian frontier. It is alleged that three armed Germans attacked the Polish guard, who challenged them for illegally crossing the frontier. Other guards rushed up and firing broke out. The Germans fled, leaving 12 revolvers and 1000 rounds of ammunition behind. PRAGUE, Aug. 11.

Mr Ralph Parker, the New York Times correspondent at Prague, has been requested to leave within three days. Czechs have been ordered to surrender all arms.
