WELLINGTON CHAMPIONSHIP ( Per United Press Association; WELLINGTON. Aug. H. The Anal of the Wellington Amateur Billiards Championship, which was played to-night, was won by S. Moses (G.P.O. Pastime Club), who defeated A. Armstrong (Federal) 500-318. The best breaks were: Moses, 32, 96 37, 24. 49, 22, 24, 45 37 (unfinished); Armstrong, 46, 36, 23, 23, 30, 20. '
