“ LEFT WING ” OF OPPOSITION ■From Our Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, Aug. 10. “The Left Wing of the National Party, the Farmers’ Union, has issued instructions that not too much was to be said about the guaranteed price, and that is why there has been little mention of it by Opposition members,” said Mr E. L. Cullen (Govt., Hawke’s Bay) during the Financial Debate in the House of Representatives to-day. “If the Labour Party has a Left Wing, the National Party has one too, and that is the Farmers’ Union,” he said.
