Thursday, July 20 (Before Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M.) Undefended Cases Judgment by default was given for the plaintiffs in the following cases:— W. J. Allpress and Co. v. S. Ross, claim £2 8s for goods supplied, with costs (£1 3s 6d); B, Wingfield v. L. Waghorn (Christchurch), claim £2 for professional services rendered, with costs (£1 7s 6d); John Edward Butler, Ltd., v. W. Hill (Waimate), claim £sl 10s for good supplied, with costs (£4 11s 6d); Edward Lamerton Robinson (Invercargill) v. James Earl Gibson, claim £37 12s for professional services rendered, with costs (£4 3s 6d).
