MOTORIST FINED INTOXICATION CHARGE DISMISSED (Per United Press Association) WANGANUI. July 20. On a charge of negligently driving a motor car on June 13. John Coull. an auctioneer, was fined £3. A charge of being in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motor car on the same date was dismissed by Mr A. Coleman. S.M.
