MOTORIST IMPRISONED LICENCE CANCELLED FOR FIVE YEARS (Per United Press Association) NELSON July, 19 John Leonard Hall, a young man who was found guilty of negligent driving. causing the death of a cvclist. was sentenced to two months’ imprisonment and disqualified from driying for five years. . i- /., Mr Justice Northcroft said there was nothing vicious in the case, but like a great many motorists. ? principally young, and also many older ones, the accused had driven irresponsibly, without due regard to the rights of others.
