HOCKEY CLUB DANCE

The Embassy Salon was gaily decorated on Tuesday evening for a highly successful dance held by the Bounty Ladies’ Hockey Club. A v/ell-vaned programme was presented, and the large number of patrons present spent an enjoyable evening dancing to the music of the Georgians Strict Tempo Dance Band, which also supplied music for an exhibition of tap dancing and the prize dances. Cold water and salt is a good mixture for cleaning matting. If there are grease spots, cover them with powdered chalk mixed with benzine, and when dry brush briskly.
