MEETING OF ASSOCIATION The monthly meeting of the Natural Foods Association was held in the Douglas Social Credit rooms on Monday. There was a good attendance of members. Mr T, Anderson gave an interesting address on the various glands and their functions. A full explanation was given relative to the placlngs of the various glands and their actions. Questions wefe answered by the speaker, who was accorded a hearty vote of thanks. The secretary was instructed to write to Dr Ritchie Crawford, president of the Southland Agricultural and Pastoral Society, congratulating him on bringing up the question of compulsory testing of dairy herds, as the association viewed with alarm the number of cows affected with tuberculosis arid the small ratio of milk consumed per head,
