REPRESENTATIVE OF FIRST DIVISION MR J. S. ROSCOE RE-ELECTED (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 8. The election of Mr J. S. Roscoe to represent the First Division of the service on the Government Railway Appeal Board was announced in the Gazette issued to-night. Mr Roscoe resigned from the board some months ago because he disagreed with the attitude adopted by the department towards certain aspects of staff administration.
