MORAL REARMAMENT
FIRST ANNIVERSARY CONGRATULATORY MESSAGES (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON June 6. Further reports of transatlantic radiophone greetings on the occasion of the first anniversary of moral rearmament were received by the Oxford Group in New Zealand to-day. The following message was sent by the chairman, four past chairmen, two past presidents of the Trades Union Congress, and other delegates to the Labour Party Conference: " We rejoice to see the ideal of moral rearmament taking hold in the United States We strongly believe that such co-operation between the United States and Great Britain can go far towards securing world peace and economic security." Mr Anthony Eden joined British members of Parliament in sending a message of congratulations, which were also extended by 23 peers, many leadfirs of commerce and the president of the Rotary movement.
